Privacy policy
This is a draft for the beta. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, gives no legal guarantee, and may change at any time. It will be updated and announced before a full launch.
What we store
The account identifier and email address from the sign-in service, and the content you enter or upload: cards, purchase records, price records, photos and preferences.
Who can see it
Only you. Each account is stored separately and other users cannot see it. There are no ads and we do not sell your data.
Sign-in
Sign-in is handled by Clerk (for example, Sign in with Google). KAKURA never receives your Google password.
AI image analysis
Only after you agree are the images you upload (such as screenshots, Oripa posters or receipts) sent to Anthropic for analysis, with the result returned to your account. You can withdraw consent at any time, and everything else works without AI.
Where data is kept
Data is kept in Cloudflare database and file storage services.
Export and deletion
You can export your data at any time (JSON or Excel) and delete your account and all of its data on the Account page; deletion cannot be undone.
